Terence Lim

Terence is a Partner at Privatus Capital Partners’ Asia Pacific office with close to 20 years of financial services and investments experience.

From 2019 to 2023, Terence was the Chief Digital Commerce Officer (2021-2023) at FWD where he drove the strategy and expansion of the digital business across 10 Asia markets and the Group Head of M&A and Strategic Investments (2019-2021) where he executed multiple transactions leading to the entry and expansion in key growth markets.

Prior to FWD, Terence served in various senior roles in M&A, capital raising and investments in Singapore, Hong Kong, and New York at Goldman Sachs, Temasek, and the Kuok Group.
